Kate was named Most Valuable Player of the Division II National Championship and the New Haven Tap-Off Club's Female Athlete of the Year.

Currently Head Basketball Coach at Molloy College in New York, Kate Lynch had previously served as Head Coach at the Community College of Rhode Island, Assistant Coach at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and as Director of Basketball Operations at Fairfield University.
